Guidelines
Please note: As of January 2026, we will only schedule events three months ahead.
Fees: $100 per hour, with a $150 refundable deposit due when the event is booked. You may pay cash, check, or by using our PayPal here. In the "Instructions to Seller" box, put "Building Use."
Please help us keep the Church facilities in top condition and ready for the next users. At each meeting of your group, it is essential that you leave the facility as you found it. Please comply with the following requests:
- Return all furniture to the same placement as when you arrived.
- If you have an event that takes place over several days, note that you may need to move any materials if the church has an evening event and the space is needed.
- Church events take precedence, so if an event arises such as a funeral, the church reserves the right to move an outside event to another location or to reschedule.
- Please do not use the Courtyard as a playground, as we have ashes scattered there.
- If you decorate, you must remove ALL decorations, including thumbtacks, wires, tape, etc.
- Remove all trash; and place it in the dumpster located at the west end of Brown Hall.
- Remove all literature connected with your group.
- Leave restrooms litter-free and be sure all toilets have been flushed.
- Turn off all lights and ceiling fans.
- Lock all doors and be sure they are securely closed.
- If meeting is in a classroom, please do not disturb any classroom materials. If additional materials are needed for your meeting, for example collection baskets or other items, please let us know.
If these guidelines are not adhered to, a separate fee will be charged. Thanks very much for your cooperation!
