Everyone is invited to join us on this day of celebration, before the fasting of the 40 days of Lent begins!! Although our traditional Shrove Tuesday will look a little different by Zoom, we still can't wait to celebrate with you!! Pancake Supper In-A-Bag will be available to reserve for everyone who is interested. Each bag will include everything you (and your loved ones) will need for a simple pancake supper, in addition to an Alleluia banner to decorate and bury during the season of Lent. Pancake In-A-Bag will be available for pick-up on Sunday, February 14 at any of our regularly scheduled Sunday events. If you are not able to pick-up your bag on this day, please chat with Jennifer about making special arrangements for pick-up.
Prior to 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, February 16, whip up a batch or two of yummy pancakes and join us by Zoom! We will eat our pancakes together, share some simple prayers and challenge anyone who wants to compete in our annual pancake flipping contest! (Elliot Roller is our reigning champ with 33 consecutive flips and catches!) And in keeping with last year's tradition, you never know if an impromptu Talent Show might take place, so brush up on your talents just in case! We hope to see you there!
